During my tenure at Indatacore, I had the privilege of working on the cutting-edge project, Sky Bank Check, a revolutionary system developed by InDataCore for bank check analysis and data extraction. This smart system leveraged deep machine learning technology to analyze and extract data from more than 62 bank check types, revolutionizing the banking industry.
Key Features:
• Bank Check Control: Over ten real-time checks were performed on bank cheques using OCR
Streaming, ensuring the selection of the best images for analysis. Integrity checks and pattern
detection were applied to ensure the authenticity and validity of the check images.
• Bank Check Classification: The system automatically classified each bank check based on country, bank, type, and quality, streamlining the processing of various check types.
• Bank Fraud Detection: Advanced checks and controls were implemented to detect fraud, including pattern detection, hologram verification, copy detection, data governance, signature validation, and more.
• Bank Check Data Extraction: The system effectively extracted crucial data in real-time from any bank check type, including CMC 7 code, bank check number, account number, first name & last name, bank check address, issue date, issue place, and check amount.
Sky Bank Check was a testament to the power of machine learning and artificial intelligence in enabling data extraction from a vast range of bank checks worldwide. The project marked a significant milestone in streamlining banking processes and enhancing security measures for financial institutions.
Working on the Sky Bank Check project allowed me to apply my data science and engineering expertise to develop a sophisticated system that addresses real-world challenges in the banking sector.
